We've been waiting for this day for months, the very first E3 bake-off!!!And what a truely wonderful array of delights turned up this morning!Cakes of all shapes, textures and sizes from lemon brizzle to death by quad-druple chocolate (and everything in between).The idea -  everyone went home last night and baked a cake to bring into the office to share.  There's prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and we have two very distinguished judges from the local Womens Institute popping in to pick the ...read full story
