Spring has sprung

It's all about us basically. Behind the scenes, the highs the lows, the average week, the fun and the games of our little agency, E3.

e3 blog

We waved a sad goodbye today to Neil Symester, one of our developers based in the London studio, who decided to leave e3 after 18 months in the tech team. We don’t feel too bad about him leaving us though, as he’s made a life-changing decision to study to become a missionary and teach the Bible, and we’re downright jealous that he’s chosen to do so on the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica.

Neil is a devout Christian and has decided to take the plunge and do something he’s always dreamed of. It’s not all sunshine and beaches though, Neil will have to prove himself, study the Bible inside and out and be able to deliver compelling sermons before making the move to Jamaica. And when he does, he’ll be taking his wife and two children, so they can share the experience. “It’s much better for my kids to learn from personal experience – I can give them the opportunity to do that – and what better time to go than the present?” he said.

Luckily for us, Neil’s not leaving his tech background behind entirely – he’ll be blogging about his experiences and will be building a dedicated website, so we can keep track of what he’s up to. All the best Neil. posted by E3 at 11:04
