Hello Nikki, our new strategist



Another big, warm (and slightly damp, our roof is leaking) welcome to Nikki, a new E3er, on board to strengthen our strategic capabilities in the financial services sector (sounds very posh). Nikki has bags of financial services experience – her past lives include head of ecommerce at Barclaycard Secured Lending and online customer experience manager at Lloyds TSB. She’s also a former client of ours! And if that isn’t enough to keep her busy, she’s going to be supporting other clients on strategy across the agency. Exciting times, welcome Nikki!
