Leg waxing – for charity apparently
Ben has been dying to get his legs waxed for months and has finally happened on a viable opportunity. He’s done it for charity! Children in Need to be exact, surely the charity that raises the most money from wacky ideas.
To make the joyous event even more memorable, he decided to stage the waxing at E3 Bristol, in full view of us all... after work on Friday 20 November. The Veet wax strips had been sitting on the kitchen table all week (for some unknown reason, perhaps he was hoping it would get stolen).
In order to raise maximum cash, Ben’s decided to let one of us lucky E3ers, plucked at random from the sponsorship form, perform the sticky task. You’d think that would put people off sponsoring him, but apparently not and he’s so far managed to raise £462 from E3ers, friends and family. Well done Ben, hope it didn’t hurt too much (or itch too much when it grows back…………..)
