UK dealer network
The challenge was to develop a dealer solution that was quickly scalable, that would support a greater focus on the role of the dealer within the buying process, and would deliver an additional 30,000 leads into the dealer network over the coming three years.
Solution:
e3 developed the dealer network based on the Sitecore Foundry platform to enable a flexible approach which can accommodate multiple dealers and changes to the franchises over time. e3 put dealers at the heart of the business offering them the opportunity to personalise elements of the website and interact directly with potential customers. At the same time dealers can take advantage of syndicated content from the national website as well as a user friendly interface to encourage them to make multiple updates across their websites.
The dealer network integrates with Land Rover's used vehicle locator and CRM system ensuring each customer enjoys the same a great user experience throughout their vehicle lifetime.
