The role of the Orange brand website is to provide employees and global marketers with a platform to access brand guidelines, images, video plus get inspired with examples of great Orange campaigns.

Orange needed a digital agency to take on the support of the brand website and to work with UK marketing teams creating assets for futureOrange campaigns.

Solution:

As a vital tool used every day by users across the globe our first task was to seamlessly migrate from their existing provider to a new hosting environment. Once migrated, we then focused on the further development, simplifying the architecture and revising the user journeys allowing brand newbie’s to learn about the values, vision and Orange tone of voice. We developed and added to the suite of digital tools including the asset archive making it easier for marketers to access content and to be inspired.

We dramatically improved the process for global teams planning and delivering Orange campaigns improving efficiencies across the business. All this wrapped in a new interface that enhanced the user experience enforcing the strong sense of the Orange brand.
