Principality has experienced uncoordinated online growth over recent years and as a result the customer experience was not as effective as it could be in converting users to sale and servicing their customer needs.

Due to historical technical solutions Principality customers may have to log into multiple online customer areas in order to service their financial products.

As a result Principality have recently had a 2 year online strategy agreed to redevelop their online presence streamlining their online application and servicing offering and re-launching www.principality.co.uk.

Solution:

Our solution was based on the Sitecore CMS platform utilising the online marketing suite (OMS) that enabled individual users to enjoy a tailored user journey completely bespoke to their individual financial service needs.

The OMS suite provided:

Tailored user journey
Product filtering – to‘shortlist’ relevant products quickly and easily
Previously viewed products, and previous calculations follow users around the site
Tools that support the user in making practical decisions on which mortgage and savings product is right for them.

General visitor to sale rate 12% uplift
61% increase in mortgage applications
