We’re on the hunt for an experienced, driven Account Manager to join our outstanding, fun and fast-paced Client Services team in Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious account handler to work on some high-profile clients, and for one of the most respected digital agencies in the country.
The successful candidate will live and breathe digital, and will work across a range of digital projects. You’ll have responsibility for managing projects ranging from website developments to digital advertising campaigns, as well as taking on the lead day-to-day contact, and relationship management and building with your clients.
Key skills required:
Solid understanding of digital disciplines, with at least 2-3 years of agency experience
Work under your own steam, with lots of initiative
Excellent client-facing, presentation and communication skills
Confident project management, creating, interpreting and communicating clear briefs to internal teams across multiple disciplines, all the way through to delivery
Proven ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines and within budget
Ability to build relationships not only with your clients, but with third parties and agency partners
Be commercially savvy, with the ability to manage and be accountable for the finances and financial planning of your clients
A motivated team player, you will be confident, friendly and professional
Ability to manage, inspire and mentor junior members of the team
