As a Mid-Weight .NET and JavaScript Developer at e3, you will need to be up-to-date on the latest trends. You should have strong up-to-date skills in the Microsoft stack, but we also appreciate diverse backgrounds can provide a broader view on software architecture and development.

Many of our clients are long-term relationships; you will need to understand and write code that follows Clean Code and SOLID design principles.

Your JavaScript experience should be more than cursory and be up to date with ES2016 and ES2017 standards. You will have developed applications with React, Vue, Inferno, Cycle or other VDOM based component library. You should have in-depth knowledge of many of the following:

Essential

  • ASP.NET Web API 2 and MVC 5
  • ORMs - Entity Framework, Dapper or NHibernate
  • RDBMS schema design
  • Thorough understanding of VDOM based library
  • Flux or MVC architecture
  • PostCSS, SASS, or LESS
  • Webpack or Grunt
  • git or other VCS

Nice to have

  • Document databases
  • SOA and RESTful services
  • Gang of Four patterns
  • Umbraco - e3 will provide training if you do not have this experience
  • Sitecore - e3 will provide training if you do not have this experience
  • Azure
