On October 7th e3 media will be hosting an event on personalisation, we have a cross-sector challenge to discuss, namely how do you effectively personalise your message to your customer. 

We have all come to expect an increasing level of personalisation from the brands they interact with, be it Google, Amazon or Netflix. The constant switch from real world to online (which also includes switching from app to desktop site, to email to social) means brands need to have a solid strategy in place to ensure that every digital interaction is seamless, tailored to the customers’ needs and representative of previous behaviours

So how do you do that? 

This event will be a presentation format with 20-25 people in the audience in a screening room at British Film Institute in London. It is designed to offer practical advice and will be divided into three presentations. We will start with a general definition and then the business case for personalisation. We then move to the impact of personalisation on customers and sales. We'll finish out the event  with a selection of technology platforms you need to make ‘personalisation’ happen in a relevant, helpful and ultimately, profitable way.
