e3 is proud to announce that it’s been nominated in The Drum Recruitment Business Awards in the Best Website category for The Royal Navy Graduates campaign. The Drum Recruitment Business Awards are in their 14th year and only nominate the very best agencies that have been the most successful in communicating their strategies to employment.

The Royal Navy Graduate website was conceived after The Royal Navy asked e3 to help them articulate their graduate offer. The Royal Navy has a very compelling graduate offer but very few graduates had considered the Royal Navy as a potential employer. Graduates had little knowledge of what opportunities a military career would entail, the Royal Navy site has been very effective in getting graduates to sign up and understand what life with the Navy would involve.
