e3 and Yodel have been nominated in the 2016 Digital Experience Awards in the Best Online User Experience B2C category. The Digital Experience Awards look at the very best examples of cohesive and engaging digital experiences for customers and businesses alike, honouring only a few every year.

Yodel’s website relaunch and redesign was part of a business-wide programme of digital transformation. e3 was asked to redesign and rebuild the website to make it work harder for Yodel and its custolmers and to deliver a great brand experience that’s consistent across devices. The speed at which users can access information and connect with brands has meant that consumers are ever more demanding in terms of the level and quality of service and breadth of options available. e3’s solution was grounded in this knowledge and the results have been fantastic.
