We also made the purchasing journey quick and simple, resulting in a 165% uplift in ticket conversions, reflecting the quality experience offered by this iconic brand.
The client came to us because their mission to be recognised as a 5-star attraction wasn’t being reflected by their website. It had a high abandonment rate on the ticketing pages and the conversion rate had fallen. The site also did not render correctly on mobile, which was relied on by 50% of their users relied on.
Taking a mobile first approach, e3 developed a seamless customer experience through the ecommerce funnel, integrating the website with the ticketing system API and developing a custom business layer that ensured TVfTS could easily control the sale of their products through the CMS.
