Jaguar Land Rover’s newly designed global website launched in August 2014. e3 was asked to redesign the existing dealer website platforms to align with the new brand and design templates.
For design and template consistency, and so the dealers could fully benefit from the refreshed global brand, e3 analysed the global design, layout and functionality so that as many features as possible were mirrored to fit the specifics of the local dealer platforms.
Balancing the intricacies of the dealer-managed CMS, local dealer offers and the premium nature of the new brand were key in ensuring a best-in-class UX and design approach that accurately represents Jaguar Land Rover and the dealer network. Tight timescales and multiple third-party stakeholders were managed impeccably to provide a fresh and timely update to a dealer network that needed it.
